About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist in Johnstown, CO, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and functional conditions. You will create individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall function. You will also collaborate closely with Physical Therapist Assistants and Clinical Directors to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $22,000
- Quarterly performance bonus

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts (8-hour or 10-hour options)
- No weekends

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 5–35 pounds regularly
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers (up to 120–140 pounds)

Salary:

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
