Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time opportunity is ideal for both experienced PTAs and new graduates seeking a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will assist in delivering treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with the care team to support recovery and functional improvement.
Compensation & Incentives:
- $24.50 – $30.28 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $12,000
- Full-time, non-exempt position

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts (8-hour or 10-hour options)
- No weekends

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 5–35 pounds regularly
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers (up to 120–140 pounds)
- Manual dexterity, strength, and endurance required

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado
- Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
