About the Role:
As a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions while leading clinic operations and supporting your team. You will create personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting long-term healing, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary range: $85,000 – $96,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $20,000
- Quarterly performance bonus

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts (8 or 10-hour options)
- No weekends

Education: postgraduate degree
Salary:
- Min Salary: 85000, Max Salary: 96000 (USD) ( YEAR Per Unit )
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE approved)
- Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
