For 10 years I couldn’t hike, ride my bike or walk a full mile without my hip getting inflamed and having aggravating pain shooting down my leg. It was a difficult life trying to cope with it. After being with Jamie and Kelsey for 3 months my life has improved drastically. I am able to walk for 3 miles without stopping and exercise daily with minimal pain. Something I could NEVER do. I am so grateful to these two wonderful women and this company. Thank you so much for helping me reach my goals and giving me a better quality of life.
