This was my first experience with PT. Nikhil was an excellent therapist. He was very patient with me, even if I didn’t do as well with my home exercises sometimes. My ankle hurt a lot when I first got here, now it doesn’t hurt at all. I got better at doing lunges and balancing exercises. I think one of the best things Nikhil taught me was how to walk with my feet straight—in line with my knees. So by being aware of my left foot positioning when walking, and especially when walking upstairs, the pain stopped. The swelling eased the more active I was. It didn’t take much. The burning nerve pain at the bottom outer edge of my left foot was also gone completely. Everyone here is really nice—April, Derick, Jason, and the PT student Brian. Thank you all very much.
