Melissa is originally from a town just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. She recently relocated to the Fort Collins area with her family in 2016. She attended Northern Illinois University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree, while also routing for her Huskies as a collegiate cheerleader. She continued her professional studies at NIU, graduating with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2009. She spent the majority of her time practicing at several outpatient clinics in the greater Chicagoland area. She has experience treating patients in a wide variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, acute care, and in-patient rehab. Her true passion is working with orthopedic, post-surgical and sport-related injuries. She enjoys seeing the progress each patient makes on their journey to return to their previous activity level and play. Over the years, she has also expanded her knowledge through numerous education courses focusing on pain management and various manual therapy techniques. Her goal is to always treat patients as a whole and she believes developing a strong core is the key to every successful recovery. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring all Colorado has to offer from the local shops and breweries to the mountainous adventures.
Sierra Evers-Hellmich, PTA

Sierra is originally from Northern California and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercises Physiology from California State University, Chico. She was a collegiate athlete in track and field where she was a Physical Therapy patient on several occasions. She moved to Colorado to pursue becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant at Concorde Career College, where she graduated in 2016. She has experience working in the outpatient setting where she has seen a variety of orthopedic diagnosis ranging from acute to chronic and post surgical. In her spare time Sierra enjoys the outdoors, photography, sports and living a healthy and fit lifestyle. She is excited to bring outstanding and compassionate care to all patients.

Teresa Eichenbrenner traveled as a military dependent before moving to Colorado 40 years ago. She attended the Community College of Aurora and worked for the Department of Defense on Lowry A.F.B. for 20 years. Teresa also worked at Lincoln School of Science & Technology as the Principal’s Secretary for 8 years. Teresa’s true professional passion in life was teaching fitness classes as a nationally certified fitness professional for 27 years. She believes this journey gave her the opportunity to touch people’s lives and make lifelong friends. In her spare time, you may see Teresa walking her fur babies and spending time with her family.
