Ian Davis, PT, DPT

Ian grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to northern Colorado in 2013. He holds a degree in Biology and Human Anatomy from Colorado State University and a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University. As a previous cross country ski coach and personal trainer, Ian has helped individuals from age 8 to 100 realize a new level of fitness. While he loves all things PT, he has a special interest in improving balance and coordination impairments. He is not only passionate about treating patients but educating them about how to move in order to make life’s experiences more enjoyable. Ian also enjoys woodworking, gardening, hiking, camping, swing and folk dancing, and spending time with his wife and their baby boy. He is excited to be part of the excellent team at Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy!
Anne Phillips
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Anne graduated from Morgan Community College (Fort Morgan CO) in 2013 with her Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduation she worked in different settings including in-patient and out-patient at Rehab Hospital, Acute Care Hospital and long term care. She enjoys working with different diagnoses including CVA, brain injury, general weakness, and post orthopedic patients. Anne finds her job very rewarding when her patients are progressing well and able to return to prior level of function and recreational sports. She enjoys spending time with her nieces, nephews, and family. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with friends, hiking, golfing, boxing, working out, and traveling the world.
Teresa Eichenbrenner
Patient Care Coordinator – Windsor and Johnstown
Teresa Eichenbrenner traveled as a military dependent before moving to Colorado 40 years ago. She attended the Community College of Aurora and worked for the Department of Defense on Lowry A.F.B. for 20 years. Teresa also worked at Lincoln School of Science & Technology as the Principal’s Secretary for 8 years. Teresa’s true professional passion in life was teaching fitness classes as a nationally certified fitness professional for 27 years. She believes this journey gave her the opportunity to touch people’s lives and make lifelong friends. In her spare time, you may see Teresa walking her fur babies and spending time with her family.
